  Measure around the fullest part, place the tape close under the arms and make sure the tape is flat across the back.
• Shoulder:
  Measure from the edge of one shoulder to the other, keeping the tape straight across the back at the widest part.
• Waist:
  Measure around the natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably loose and level all the way around.
